It is important that the ground remain warm in order for concrete to properly set before building anything on its surface. With our ground thaw and heating equipment and heater rentals, we will provide service crews to mobilize (lay down), operate, and demobilize (remove) the equipment to ensure your jobs continue to run smoothly.
We will provide ½” pex tubing during the cribbing process before the concrete is poured. A fluid header then connects it to our heating units or boiler equipment rentals and sets the unit at the desired and appropriate temperature to keep slabs from freezing in the winter.
Each ground thaw unit is contained in a nine foot enclosed trailer equipped with 5000 feet of environmentally friendly, glycol filled lines. Our units are activated by a simple push button and the on-board computer takes care of the rest.
